Oral History

Andarab Village is situated in the northern valley at the foothills of Hindukush Mountains. It is a short season BLD cultivar that grows naturally in that region, and flowers for a shorter period of time (8-10 weeks). Most of the Hashish Farmers have domesticated these plants and shaped the heirlooms suited for their respective terrior in Hindu Kush. This particular Hindu kush cultivar features, an acrid/piney, motor oil like smell with noticeable sweetness. (Collected in Nov 2017 from Andarab village, Afghanistan from an undomesticated population)
